WINDOW FRAMES (wood sector)
Recommended line: STARFLEX spacer pads

STARFLEX 310 (30X30X10mm)
STARFLEX 410 (40X40X10mm)
STARFLEX 510 (50X50X10mm)

STARFLEX 310
these are the smallest size pads in the above line but having the same properties and merits of the STARFLEX 410 and STARFLEX 510, they are a bona fide part of the LORENZ  family.
Depending on the type of product, the frame maker will assess the suitability of these pads.
 
STARFLEX 410 and STARFLEX 510
These are the spacer pads most demanded by frame makers in the wood sector.
Wooden frames are often loaded and stacked horizontally.
When stacking horizontally consideration should be given to the fact that the greater the weight of the frames and the consequent load bearing capacity required, the greater the contact surface needed.
The frame maker will need to assess the suitability of using a pad with a greater contact surface area such as the STARFLEX 410 and 510 and in some cases even larger.

N.B.:
Regardless of whether the frames are made of aluminium, wood or PVC, in some cases, where the packaging is fairly heavy, at least at the bottom of the stack or at least on the first few sections of the packaging, the use of STARMAX spacer pads able to withstand higher loads will be necessary.
